Notary Prices: -Travel fee: $20 (Fee based on distance) -Notarization fee: $10 for each Notarization (Includes stamp and signature) This service is for general documents requiring general notarizations such as DMW forms, power of attorney, school residency forms, consent forms, affidavits, acknowledgments, oaths, etc. As long as your document contains the notarial certificate for the signature and stamp of the Notary Public, we can notarize your document. Please note all signers must be present for this appointment, with valid ID. *Pricing is determined by travel mileage and document notarization needs.
